Premier Interlink (Waco UK), has acquired the intellectual property rights of Britspace, which ceased trading in 2011, including the design rights for Britspace products.
The company says: “The combination of expertise from Britspace and Premier Interlink will ensure that Premier Interlink consolidates its position at the forefront of off-site construction solutions.”
