Software developer for the public sector Asckey Data Services has won a five year contract from the Healthcare Facilities Consortium (HFC) to act as partner for the proven Eclipse-fm facilities management and helpdesk system, widely used in NHS Trust hospitals.
Hospital equipment needs meticulous maintenance and long-term proof that work has been carried out to required standards by qualified staff. Eclipse-fm has been designed in conjunction with experienced NHS facilities managers to provide long-term audit and traceability, while making best practice standards the norm.
Martin Pincott, technical director of Asckey Data Services, commented: “Our NHS users have helped us develop a facilities management system that is especially relevant to today’s health and safety conscious world.
