Due to popular demand, IHEEM is to stage a further MEIGaN seminar – this time in Scotland.
The MEIGaN document, now launched, includes pre-installation electrical guidance for imaging equipment and associated lighting and power circuits. The seminar will be of particular interest to hospital engineers, project managers and designers to raise their understanding of the issues involved. The seminars will be presented by Brian Mansfield, MHRA (the lead author of MEIGaN document), Chris Holme, Estates and Facilities, DH (lead author of the Annex re GN7) and John Murray, Bender UK (supplier and installer of UPS and IPS equipment).
The event will take place at the offices of the Health Facilities Scotland in Glasgow on the 21 June 2006.
