The Wandsworth Group has appointed Ben Griffin as service co-ordinator for its health sector range of products, including its IPiN nurse call and Telecall bedside computing systems.
Responsible for accepting and processing all items received at the company’s Woking manufacturing plant for repair, Ben Griffin’s role also includes co-ordinating Wandsworth’s team of engineers to ensure that on-site maintenance and repair visits are scheduled and carried out quickly and efficiently at hospitals and nursing homes UK-wide. The new service co-ordinator previously worked in a similar role co-ordinating field teams for a pointof- sale installation company.
