Sign system growth surge

APCO has seen an unprecedented growth in sales of its flagship internal sign system Accord 15, with sales up last year by 12%.

Explaining the recent sales surge, APCO’s general manager Boyd Pratt said: “Accord 15 is versatile, cost effective and offers a large family of product that allows a cohesive look to be achieved on a project from the smallest of personnel signs right through to large, complex directional signs. Sales of the system have certainly been boosted by the recent launch of FullView, a sister range which harmonises with Accord 15. This has served to widen choice further for specifiers looking for a comprehensive one-stop source of complementary signage.”

Accord 15 comprises lightweight dimensional aluminium bands, which snap into injection moulded end clips that can be directly mounted onto a surface for smaller signs or fastened into vertical aluminium tracks for larger signs. The aluminium bands can be removed by authorised personnel using a special tool, making the system easy to maintain and update. It also has an insert band feature that can house numerous substrates, including paper and DDA inserts. The paper inserts can be changed by the end user of the signs.

There are five side track profile shapes, four end clip shapes, seven standard bands, five standard insert bands and various decorative elements, increasing its versatility and design options even further.
