• Financial management.
• Backlog maintenance.
• Architecture and design r Infection prevention.
• Renewable technologies.
• Future technical advances.
• Succession planning and workforce development.
Chris Parker, IHEEM’s recruitment/ membership manager, said: “The foremost event of its type in the UK, Healthcare Estates provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to receive quality CPD, and to hear from leading industry figures over a concentrated one or two-day period. This is your opportunity to be involved in shaping the conference.” Julian Amey, the Institute’s Chief Executive, added: “In response to feedback from delegates and speakers in 2012, we are especially keen to receive proposals on engineering, estate management, and relevant technical topics, as well as other issues that will affect key sectors within the healthcare estates supply chain. These will form the basis of some of the conference streams.” All papers should be submitted electronically via the IHEEM website, at: www.iheem.org.uk; by 22 March. Chris Parker adds: “Papers are considered by the IHEEM Conference and Exhibition Committee, and you will be contacted to let you know whether your proposal has been accepted.” To discuss any aspects relating to the conference, or the submission process, contact IHEEM; T: 02392 823186; E-mail: conference@iheem.org.uk
