Static Systems Group will ‘showcase the flexibility’ of its Fusion-IP healthcare communication system and Modus headwall solutions.
The company said: “Using ‘platform independent’ technology, and a major breakthrough in real-time location (RTLS), Fusion-IP features innovative healthcare communication ‘apps’ that allow hospitals to pick and choose the facilities that will best enhance individual ward practices, while improving patient care and quality of life.” Recently introduced facilities such as ‘roaming patient call’, ‘patient fall monitoring’, ‘bed exit alert’, and ‘bed status monitoring’ will be shown, along with ‘staff attack’ and ‘nurse presence’; which achieve ‘unrivalled accuracy’ via ultrasound. These complement comprehensive patient-to-nurse call, with two-way speech (SIP) to the patient bedside, and IP integration with the site LAN and WAN. The system can also connect with the latest mobile devices. Alarms, faults, and other events, are accessible from any device supporting a web browser.
