Avonmouth, Bristol-based Devon Medical Equipment, which has over 35 years’ experience in selling, transporting, de-installing, disposing of, and re-selling, medical equipment throughout Europe, and distributing across the globe, has launched a construction division.
It will offer both new healthcare builds, and refurbishment of existing wards, operating theatres, radiology rooms and entire hospital departments, while for those requiring a temporary conversion while work is being undertaken elsewhere in a hospital or clinic, this can be provided through Devon Medical Turnkey Solutions. Heading up the new division, which will offer design and build, lead shielding, RF shielding, and renovations, UK-wide, is Calum Peterson (pictured), who said: “We can help with anything from renovating small X-ray rooms, through to design and construction of new buildings and entire departments. We offer free advice and quotations, along with a bespoke project management service. We aim to carry out work with as little disruption to staff and patients as possible, undertaking projects to the highest standards, and ensuring that they are cost-effective and meet the client’s budget.”
