Decontamination: examining HTM 01

With decontamination and infection control firmly on the agenda, a new IHEEM seminar, titled ‘Decontamination: Focus on HTM 01’, will review some of the key milestones achieved following the snapshot review of decontamination services undertaken by NHS Estates in 1999.

The seminar will introduce the HTM and give those who attend a first look at what the guidance means for decontamination services. This seminar is a must for all staff working in specialist decontamination roles or in general estates management as it will enable them to appreciate the changes, new roles and responsibilities that the new HTM 01 will recommend.
