Delabie’s seminar on ‘Managing the Risk of Waterborne Infection’ has achieved RIBA approval.
Drawing on experience gained from developing innovative solutions for hospitals, the company has created a seminar identifying the risks associated with waterborne bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Legionella. It looks at current guidelines for monitoring bacteria, and reviews the systemic and product solutions that mitigate those risks. Training manager, Jason Williams, said: “We are delighted that RIBA has approved our CPD. There is an increasing need to understand the issues infection control teams and estates managers deal with daily. Our CPD offers practical solutions for refurbishment and new builds, not just in healthcare, but also in the hotel, leisure, and education sectors.”
