OJEU notices for two new complementary Buildings and Facilities Management professional services frameworks have been published, with an ambition of attracting suppliers.
Including SMEs, ‘who can deliver projects of various sizes, and achieve value-for-money for the NHS’.
Collaborative procurement team, NHS London Procurement Partnership, is establishing the frameworks to provide LPP’s NHS members with access to a range of suitable suppliers of professional services across buildings services and advisory services.
The first framework focuses on Building Services, and the second on Advisory Services. Although the frameworks will, where possible, follow the same tender timescales and procedures, each is ‘standalone’, with a separate OJEU Contract Notice and separate PQQ and ITT responses required. Suppliers keen to participate in both will thus need to provide two separate responses.
To reduce the administrative burden on suppliers, LPP has adopted Constructionline, the UK government certification service for constructionrelated contractors, consultants, and material suppliers.
The deadline for responding to the OJEU is 12.00 mid-day on 14 March 2014.
