Following the popularity of the electrical workshops staged by Eastwood Park, the training centre is organising further free sessions on electrical compliance within healthcare estates during 2014.
Subjects covered will include statutory compliance; the ‘latest changes’, including the proposed amendment to BS7671, electrical installations in medical locations, and the IET Code of Practice for managing electrical safety, and ‘safe systems of work’. The workshops, led by electrical tutor and Authorising Engineer, Peter Handforth, take place on 29 August in Glasgow, and 12 September at Eastwood Park.
