The ‘next generation’ in professional dishwashers, Miele Professional’s Hygiene machines are said to ‘guarantee perfectly clean crockery and cutlery for the care industries and hospitals’.
Miele Professional said: “The tried-and-tested freshwater system for commercial dishwashers harnessed ensures safe results: fresh water is introduced during each wash phase, and during rinsing. The water temperature in the main wash is a high 60°C, while the final rinse takes place at 83°C held for five minutes.”
The machines feature ‘a smooth, crevice-free ‘operating console’, with a stainless steel surface without push-buttons, and there are 13 different programmes. The console ‘doubles up’ as a handle to open and close the door.
‘Exclusive to Miele Professional’ is a feature whereby, before the start of a programme, the machine is automatically closed by the AutoClose feature. A new steam condenser ‘guarantees a room micro-climate’ by reducing the amount of hot, moisture-laden air released once washing is complete.
The company said: “This means that even when the AutoOpen function opens the door, only a limited amount of steam is released, allowing even plastic items to dry. The washed load cools down fast, enabling fast unloading and reloading.”
