Apollo Capital Projects Developments’ proposals for a new ‘state-of-the-art’ medical centre in north east Ipswich have received the green light from town planners.
The new 2,100 m2 Two Rivers Medical Centre will house two existing GP practices, and support over 25,000 patients. Apollo, which will invest over £6 million in the facility, is working with the two GP practices, the NHS, and Ipswich Borough Council, to deliver the scheme. The centre will provide a pharmacy, 25 consulting rooms, and a training centre for GPs.
