Accommodation contract on track

The Leeds office of cost and project management consultants Faithful+Gould has a massive key worker accommodation contract on track with the completion of the first phase of four schemes spanning Lincolnshire.

Work on the £18.8 million contract to construct and refurbish a broad range of properties is well underway. This will provide the client, Leyland-based Progress Care Housing Association Ltd, which is also employed by the United Lincoln NHS Trust to manage the properties, with over 590 bed spaces to meet the needs of the county’s health workers.

Phase 1, which was carried out at the Grantham and District Hospital, saw the completion on time and to budget of the first phase of accommodation in a mixed development consisting of flats and houses providing 58 bed spaces.

The three remaining schemes will be carried out at Louth Hospital, Lincoln County Hospital, and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. Single staff and families will be accommodated.
