GI Energy, which describes itself as ‘a sustainable energy company’, is extending its offering by launching GI Managed Services ‘to help customers get the best out of their carbon-friendly heating and cooling systems’.
The company said: “The new division will offer whole-life maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation, including system analysis, control, remote monitoring, and performance reporting, both for ground source energy systems, and for a number of other renewable energy technologies. These will include CHP, CHP combined with ground source energy systems, air source heat pumps, solar photovoltaic and thermal, and biomass, whether for systems installed by GI Energy, or by other companies.”
Andrew Madeley, head of GI Managed Services, said: “We can survey property and come up with the best sustainable technology solution for your particular portfolio. We are not weighted towards one particular technology, because we do it all. We can advise on what carbon savings you can make and, once a system is installed and commissioned, can monitor the results in real time.”
