Guldmann UK has recently completed the installation of its GH1F and GH3 patient hoists at the new 270-bed Alder Hey in the Park children’s hospital (HEJ – September 2015), expected to be one of Europe’s busiest and most advanced children’s healthcare facilities.
Guldmann is a Danish manufacturer of patient handling equipment, and provides solutions designed to enhance the working environment for nurses and carers, and provide safer, more dignified solutions for patients.
With the opening of the new Alder Hey in the Park facility imminent, Guldmann UK is also celebrating being awarded the patient hoist contract at the new Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Last year the company completed the supply and installation of patient hoists at the £430 m Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
