ISS UK has achieved recommendation for certification to the new Quality Management Standard – ISO 9001:2015
The company, along with its Food & Hospitality business, is one of the world’s first to achieve this new standard. It said: “The accolade denotes the level of service reached, which is benchmarked according to an international standard of excellence.”
Created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the 9001:2015 Standard sets out the framework for effective quality management systems.
