Wireless nurse call specialist, Courtney-Thorne, has officially opened its new headquarters in Bournemouth, gearing up for future expansion by doubling its space.
The 6,700 ft2 purpose-built ‘Technology Centre’ provides two-storey office accommodation, with a ground floor workshop space, to enable research and development, product testing, and quality assurance processes
On the first floor, the offices also include a custom-specified Training Suite, fitted out to look like an en suite care home residential room, complete with full wireless nurse call installation. There is also increased warehousing capacity.
The site has been designed to futureproof Courtney-Thorne’s requirements, as it continues to invest significantly in product development. Since building the new headquarters, the nurse call supplier has expanded its R&D, technical support, and sales and marketing teams.
