Richard Kahn, CEO of premium walling and flooring manufacturer, Altro, has announced the acquisition of Debolon, a premium vinyl flooring manufacturer based in Dessau, Germany.
He said: “This acquisition is fully aligned with our company strategy, core values, and vision. Altro and Debolon share very similar cultures. Coming together in Germany will mean that we can offer an even wider product portfolio and choice to our customers.”
