Property Tectonics has won a two-year framework contract with South Manchester University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The contract will see the firm supply building surveying and architectural consultancy on repair, maintenance and improvement works to the Trust which provides health services to 250,000 people across South Manchester, South Trafford, North East Cheshire and West Stockport. It follows the completion of a three-year framework contract in which Property Tectonics managed over £4 million of works at the Wythenshawe Hospital on behalf of the Trust.
