Senior promotions as Elite eyes move

Bespoke off-site modular construction specialist, Elite Systems, which was last year named on the NHS SBS Modular Buildings Framework, has announced two senior promotions, as it prepares to expand further in the coming months.

The West-Yorkshire-based company has named Marcus Sutcliffe (pictured left) as managing director, while former senior quantity surveyor, Jason Bowker (right), has been promoted to commercial manager. The promotions come as Elite readies itself to relocate its 30 staff to a new purpose-built 18,700 ft2 factory this year.

Marcus Sutcliffe said: “We have invested significantly in the business in the past few years, expanding our current factory, and then taking the decision to move to new facilities in the near future, and, more recently, redeveloping our website. I’m very confident in the team we have built, and Jason and I are well-placed to drive further growth.”

Alongside the two promotions, Elite has appointed Erik Thompson as an architectural technician. He previously worked as a CAD technician for Sangwin, an educational furniture company.
