LAW Express has been providing telephone legal advice to members of IHEEM since September 2002. When members have had a problem, or something has caused stress or anxiety, the organisation has been at hand.

When a member calls, details will be taken by a call handler and information passed to the appropriate in-house lawyer, who will telephone within the hour to advise. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, LAW Express will call and notify the member.
The company has found that its approach to the law helps people to sort out their legal queries conveniently over the phone and in their time. If the company believes a caller will need assistance outside its core offering, it is able to suggest law firms that will be able to help.
