Floor marking signs and tapes encourage correct ‘distancing’

A new range of floor signals are designed to help people stay safe and remain two metres apart in public queues and workplaces as organisations move quickly to tackle the spread of coronavirus.

Available from Beaverswood, the self-adhesive, high visibility floor signs and hazard tapes are designed to highlight and encourage social distancing in queue lines. The company says they are ideal for use in environments ranging from hospitals and pharmacies to banks, fast food outlets, and petrol stations. Each circular sign is 235 mm in diameter, and ‘highly visible’, with clear warning instruction.

The floor tapes are available in a range of colours, including black and yellow stripes, in both 50 x 33 mm and 75 x 33 mm sizes. Beaverswood said: “Many retailers are also opting for the footprints and corner markers to ‘zone’ mark queuing distances. These are also available in a range of colours.”
