Clinical and biomedical engineers who feel a project has improved the day-today running of a department, or are particularly proud of a large procurement exercise, have until 6 May to enter an award scheme being launched this year by medical diagnostic and healthcare product manufacturer Welch Allyn.
Welch Allyn UK marketing manager Jan McMeekin says: “Such personnel’s knowledge makes a significant contribution to the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients. We are pleased to offer the winning team £2,000 of Welch Allyn equipment and a £1,000 education fund to spend within the department for their team’s overall benefit.”
The winning team will be announced at Silverstone Race Track on 12 June. For more information and an entry form visit www.welchallyn.com or www.ebme.co.uk
