Pre-wired bedhead systems

Both systems have a soft, “friendly” shape, with smooth surfaces and minimal joints for simple, effective cleaning. They can be ordered with integrated reading and general ward lighting, controlled from the nurses’ call handset or via a switch/dimmer on the trunking system. The stylish combined general uplighter and reading lights can also be supplied detached from the main bedhead system.

The extra long, dimmable light gives shadow-free light for reading and a good light for simple medical examinations. Both systems are supplied pre-wired, i.e. fitted with ready-wired outlets and connections according to customer specification.

The unit length, colour, equipment etc are specified as part of a planning program which automatically takes account of the parameters governing the equipment and its positioning. For example, outlets for gas and electric power are positioned in accordance with current safety regulations and standards.

Every panel is allocated a unique serial number and undergoes function testing before dispatch. A 10-year warranty is provided on the electrical connections, while gas outlets are pressure-tested to current standards. A guarantee certificate, gas certificate, test report, installation instructions and wiring diagram are supplied with every system.
