Liverpool-based Avrenim has been awarded contracts with key clients including Warrington & Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool City Council and the University of Salford.
With a major focus on consultancy services and design, project delivery, facilities management, and energy services, Liverpool-based Avrenim Group was set up in 2018, with an ambition to become ‘the go-to’ services provider in the North West. Over the past few years, the company has grown quickly to become a main contractor, competing for work with large international FM and construction providers, and now employs over 100 at its Liverpool headquarters. At the University of Salford the company will undertake structural work and refurbishments in the Maxwell Building, to support the creation of six clinical treatment rooms plus a reception area, waiting area and two circulation spaces, while Warrington & Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has awarded Avrenim a three-year contract to inspect, maintain, repair, and replace, fire doors throughout its estate.
The company’s recent contract with Liverpool City Council entails refurbishment works of the building fabric at Abbot’s Lea School in Woolton. This includes the repair and replacement of fire doors, completing the work during the summer holidays whilst the school is empty.
Avrenim Chairman, John Newberry, said: “These awards with significant new customers show the extent of Avrenim’s growth within the education and public sectors. We are thrilled to be able to demonstrate our full range of capabilities and expertise, establishing ourselves as experts in facilities management in the North West. Avrenim’s reputation for quality and value means we are quickly becoming the trusted FM partner of choice.”
