Vernacare’s latest powerful cleaning and disinfecting wipe is said to be kind to the hands, yet eradicates the major five major pathogen groups, including Clostridium difficile, MRSA and E. Coli.
The pre-impregnated, fragrance, chlorine and alcohol-free wet wipes will disinfect all hard surfaces and equipment on initial impact, but Vernacare says tests show their disinfecting properties continue working after cleaning. They are available initially in easy access tub dispensers containing 225, with small, soft packs and wall-mounted dispensers set to be introduced.
Vernacare said: “Results show Tuffie 5 is significantly safer and more effective than existing alcohol-based products. All pathogens tested have been reduced by Log 4 or greater against BSEN standards, meaning 99.99% of bacteria have been destroyed.”
