Modular building specialist, Portakabin, has announced the acquisition of healthcare modular building specialist, Darwin Group, in a move that it says will offer ‘significant benefits’ to healthcare providers across the UK.

Darwin Group is headquartered in Telford, has around 200 staff, and had a turnover of around £80 m in 2022.
