NHS Property Services (NHSPS) has appointed Jackie Ducker as its Chief Customer Officer.
Joining the NHSPS Executive Board this month from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) – where she was Executive director for Customer and Product – she brings significant executive-level expertise in building key customer relationships, and business growth and improvement, as well as extensive leadership in customer experience.
A specialist in the construction and property industry, Jackie Ducker also has experience in facilities management and delivery for organisations including Ordnance Survey, Llewellyn Group, Connaught PLC, and Kier, working on several high-profile projects, including HS2.
She said: “I am delighted to join the executive leadership team at an exciting time for NHS Property Services, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. I’m also excited to continue building and developing our increasingly positive reputation with our customers and partners across the NHS, putting them at the heart of everything we do, as well as looking forward to working with our frontline colleagues across the business, and listening to and implementing their feedback – which will in turn enable them to focus on what our customers need, and inform how we deliver their services.”
Martin Steele, CEO at NHSPS, said: “We are delighted to announce Jackie’s appointment, which is another vital step in our transformation, and will play a key role in continuing to put the customer at the heart of our business, providing excellent service, engaging with our key customers, and delivering our strategy.”
