Free consultancy for hospital managers

To address the lack of technical knowledge among UK hospital catering operations when specifying their cashless payment systems, G2 Integrated Solutions is offering free consultancy advice to LEA specifiers and catering and facilities managers who are considering a cashless payment system, to help them prepare a comprehensive functional specification, which will fully meet their needs.

The functional specification service includes a free site survey, along with objective recommendations on which card technology to use, system configuration, installation and training considerations and reporting requirements. This service is designed to help specifiers and hospital managers, who might not be fully aware of the advanced capabilities in cashless payment systems, such as multi-site applications and centralised management of promotions and incentives to help healthy eating, to ensure they get a system which is future-proof, maximises efficiencies and revenues and helps health organisations meet healthy eating objectives. Sales and marketing director at G2, Sylvia Campbell, is urging health organisations to take advantage of the offer. She said: “When specifying cashless payment systems, people are often unaware of the full range of benefits a system can bring to their organisation and will therefore underspecify – missing out on potential features that could make life much easier by saving time and reducing workloads, and bring invaluable business rewards.”
