New courses for 2025-2026

“We are also excited to be launching brand new courses from April. These include an addition to our Electrical portfolio, with a Basic Electrical Awareness course designed to help learners understand the hazards and dangers associated with electrical equipment and machines, and demonstrate safe methods of work accordingly.

“Our Medical Gas portfolio has also seen the introduction of two new City and Guilds Assured courses. The refreshed Medical Gas Advanced Practical course enables learners to develop the practical skills and additional knowledge required for the safe set-up, operation, fault finding, and maintenance, of medical gas plant and pipe work systems to HTM 02-01.

“The Compressed Gas Safety course (on site only) is set to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required by the HSE and BCGA to use compressed gas safely and correctly. In addition, an Essentials for Authorising Engineers Lifts (HTM 08 02) course has been added to our Lift Safety portfolio, with a City & Guilds Assured status. This course aims to benefit learners by providing a means of developing and assessing the knowledge and skills of anyone who is wishing to become an Authorising Engineer, as outlined in NHS guidance.
