HLM Architects has been selected to work on projects under the Frameworks Scotland programme, which will deliver £150 million of capital works each year on behalf of Scotland’s Health Boards.
It will work with contractor Interserve, which successfully bid to become one of the Principal Supply Chain Partners in the programme. Schemes will range in size from £5 m to £100 m, and should start next year. Established by Health Facilities Scotland (HFS), Frameworks Scotland will run for four years, with a two-year renewal option.
