Safety and regulatory compliance service provider Compliance Group has appointed Scott McKay as Managing director for its fire division.
McKay brings 25 years of industry experience to the role. The company says he is a ‘results-driven, established operator recognised for driving growth and transformation across diverse business environments’.
Beginning his career as an apprentice electrician before moving into fire and security, he progressed through multiple roles, building hands-on expertise from the ground up.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed P&L responsibility across mid-sized and large-scale operations.
His key achievements include transforming businesses into profitable and stable enterprises, and consolidating multiple businesses under a single brand to strengthen market presence, streamline operations, and enable long-term expansion.
