There are four steps to the MP4 service. The first step identifies an organisation’s electrical energy needs based upon critical processes, unwanted events that need to be prevented and locating the main energy consuming equipment.
Step two assesses the stress levels the electrical equipment is subjected to, accounting for humidity, temperature, load rate and the number of switching operations.
Step three analyses the electrical network’s performance, which impacts on critical equipment, predictive maintenance and emergency situations.
Taking into account the previous steps, the fourth element draws up plans to ensure lasting and improved performance of an installation, which includes maintenance, monitoring, modernisation and management.
