Tribal has appointed former Army officer Stephen Vinall as the new managing director for its health consulting practice. He joins from PIPC, a global consultancy where he led the Government and Public Sector practice.
Alongside building and leading PIPC’s Government business he was a director of the Commissioning Support Programme (CSP), a multi-million pound change programme working with all 152 English Children’s Trusts on behalf of the Department of Children, Schools and Families and the Department of Health.
