The Altrax Group has acquired Scantrack Healthcare Systems (UK), a supplier of electronic instrument management and traceability systems to the healthcare market, in a move Altrax said would “secure and enhance” Scantrack’s future development.
Altrax, a “well-established, privately-owned company with over 30 years’ experience in supplying traceability, accountability, and management systems for sterile services”, says the acquisition provides “a powerful strategic fit”.
