Serco Health has appointed Paul Forden, whose previous experience includes spells as director of finance and information and acting CEO at London’s King’s College Hospital, and director of operations at the Addenbrooke’s NHS Trust, as MD of its new Hospital Transformation business group.
The company says that the new business entity will “work to develop future opportunities to help hospitals improve the efficiency and quality of the services they provide to patients”. Paul Forden takes up the new Serco position from his current role as Chief Executive of Northampton General Hospital.
