Leaflets available

The Engineering Council UK (ECUK) has published two new leaflets that succinctly describe how engineers can become professionally registered. One deals with registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and the other with gaining the title of Incorporated Engineer (IEng).

As well as briefly explaining the process of registration and indicating the level of knowledge and experience that applicants will need to show, the leaflets also spell out some of the benefits of becoming a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer – such as increased earnings potential.

Copies of both publications can be obtained by e-mailing ehallatt@engc.org.uk or phoning 020 7240 7891. An earlier leaflet on registration as an Engineering Technician (EngTech) is also available.
