The new TASKI by Diversey JFit dilution control is installable on walk-behind and ride-on TASKI swingo scrubber driers “to align chemical consumption with machine performance for optimum floor cleaning results, with reduced waste, cost savings, and other sustainability benefits”.
The system is available with a range of concentrated Jontec floor care products. The JFit dilution control unit inserts product directly into the water line feeding the scrubber drier’s brush mechanism. It works with the machine’s CSD system that controls the flow of water to the brushes depending on working speed. Sensors detect changes in flow rate, and the equipment automatically adjusts the amount of product added. The same amount of cleaning solution is used on any given area of floor irrespective of machine speed. Waste is “eliminated” because chemical is only mixed with water when the machine is being used. Because floor cleaning solution is always prepared “with 100 per cent accuracy”, without any risk of overdosing, “chemical consumption and costs are always predictable”.
