Two intensive two-day courses covering law, procedure, report writing and oral evidence skills for professionals undertaking expert witness work are to be held by InPractice and the Inns of Court School of Law, City University, London.
The courses will provide practical advice specifically to help experts perform their roles more effectively. Training will be by specialist legal trainers following the latest court guidelines. Mock crossexamination by a barrister will be included as well as post-course assessment and certification.
