ANS Group has won a contract worth over £1 million to “revolutionise the IT estate” at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
The IT Solutions provider, recently named Cisco’s “Data Centre and Virtualisation Partner of the Year 2010”, will implement its Infrastructure 3.0 solution to “virtualise the Trust’s network”, in the process “improving performance, reducing the carbon footprint, and drastically cutting costs”. It is estimated that the new solution will save the Trust a minimum £200,000 over the life of the solution.
