Mansell, as a member of the Balfour Beatty Group supply chain and framework delivery team, has been appointed as ProCure21+ partner on a four-year refurbishment framework for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, potentially worth up to £25 million.
The framework is split over three sites: Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, West Cornwall Hospital in Penzance, and St Michael’s Hospital in Hayle. The works will include a rolling refurbishment programme “and possibly some modest new build contracts” to support the Trust’s strategic clinical site development plan.
