Specialist building and estates information provider, Topscan, has welcomed Marc Watson, formerly estates manager for NHS South of Tyne and Wear.
With particular responsibility for managing the Trust’s building portfolio, and implementing and running its Micad Internet Property Register software, to its team. As a practical user and administrator of Micad IPR within his previous role, he will lead on project management, implementation, and training, in relation to clients’ installations, to ensure they “get the very best from their system”. A qualified solicitor, he also has “an extensive understanding of the legalities surrounding property occupancy”. Topscan says he will apply his experience “in a practical manner” via its “in-house” Lease & License audit and review services.
