Capita Symonds has been awarded a place on all 10 lots of the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework for estates services provision.
The four-year framework, worth an anticipated £1.3 million per annum, is available to all NHS Trusts, and to all other UK public bodies on registration. It includes a full range of corporate real estate services, including strategic support for frontline services, property transactions, advice on property portfolio management, and the development and disposal of surplus estate.
