Are you responsible for the safety and maintenance of your estates and facilities?

The majority of our training courses include hands-on practical exercises and/or assessments, designed to improve competence and provide a ‘real world’ experience, under the safe tuition of our knowledgeable and experienced tutors. 

Third Party Recognition

Having catered for almost 10,000 delegates in 2023, our portfolio of over 80 courses carries third party recognition from certification bodies such as:

• BPEC Accredited

• CPD Certified

Alongside this third party recognition for our training courses, we have also been recognised for our internal procedures, gaining certification for our management (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001) and cyber security efforts (Cyber Essentials).

Our Facilities

We encourage delegates to attend face-to-face training at one of our well equipped locations. Combined, our York and Slough Campuses and our Livingston Centre offer 50,000 square feet of facilities, each with on-site delegate parking and nearby accommodation options. Our centres also boast free Wi-Fi, complimentary lunches and refreshments, as well as being home to members of our friendly and helpful Client Services team. 

How Our Training is Delivered

If in-centre training is not suitable for your organisation, you may wish to explore some of our bespoke, on-site or online training options.

On-site training offers the benefits of larger cohorts of employees receiving training at one time, which can again be tailored to specific needs. 

Online training options include ‘Remote’ tutor-led virtual classroom sessions delivered over Zoom or Teams. These courses are predominantly within the Water Hygiene discipline, but have recently expanded to include Substation Entry.
