A ‘new and improved’ Union Angle Valve used in Pegler Yorkshire’s thermostatic mixing valves features a new locking capability in the closed position that enables water supplies to be turned off and secured to prevent use during servicing or replacement, reducing scalding risk and wasted water.
The company’s Prestex thermostatic mixing valves have apparently seen ‘huge success’ since their launch three years ago, thanks to features such as inlet port protectors, which prevent debris entering prior to installation, and a unique barcode for production traceability/ quality tracking. Pegler says: “We are now utilising our understanding of market requirements by including an additional feature on the new Prestex TMV Union Angle version.”
