Compliance Group, a UK specialist in integrated safety and regulatory compliance across electrical, fire, and water, has announced the appointment of Sarah Dixon (pictured) as its new CEO.
Joining from Johnson Controls, where she has been MD of the fire and security businesses across the UK and Ireland, she has considerable experience in compliance markets, having spent 25 years in field operations, business development, commercial leadership, and ‘numerous’ MD roles in the fire, security, lift, escalator, and access sectors. She has managed businesses of various sizes, while also successfully completing and integrating more than a dozen acquisitions. A certified member of the Institute of Facilities Management, she is also an advocate of diversity and inclusion, and a frequent speaker on the subject to drive change within the industry.
