Capita Symonds has been appointed by social enterprise, Bristol Community Health, to provide strategic estate management services.
Bristol Community Health provides over 30 community healthcare services commissioned by the NHS in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including integrated community healthcare teams providing domiciliary and clinic-based care, and a diverse range of specialist clinical services. Capita Symonds will provide property, estate, and FM advice, including management of its client’s estates portfolio, which comprises various LIFT, leasehold, and GP premises.
