Visitors to Trend’s stand will discover how ‘up to 84 per cent’ of their healthcare estate’s energy consumption could be controlled using a building energy management system.
The company said: “Many buildings, of course, already have a building energy management system installed, and Trend’s experts will explain how, in a time of tighter budgets, tough environmental legislation, and the need for greater financial accountability, saving energy and money could be within easy reach. However, while energy saving is crucial, close control of the environment is still paramount, and an efficient BEMS takes continuity of building services in its stride.” As well as exhibiting at the show, between 10.30 and 11.00 am on 9 October, Trend will present, using best practice examples, in the Energy Theatre on the exhibition floor, on ‘How the NHS can better exploit an energy-saving asset’. The company added: “Simply by making your Trend BEMS work harder, you can reduce your energy usage, and make improvements in line with your carbon reduction commitments.”
